Delivery

We deliver orders across Kuwait and to selected international destinations. All orders must include a complete and accurate physical address to ensure successful delivery.

P.O. Boxes

We do not ship to P.O. Box addresses. Please provide a full physical address when placing your order.

Order Packaging

Each order is carefully packed and delivered in a single gift box.

Estimated Delivery Time

All orders are subject to payment authorization before processing. Only approved orders will be prepared and shipped.

Once your order is dispatched, our courier partner will contact you to arrange a suitable delivery time. If the first delivery attempt is unsuccessful, up to two additional attempts may be made.

You will receive tracking details via email or message confirmation. You can use the tracking number to monitor your shipment status at any time.

Delivery Timelines

Kuwait: 1–2 working days
International: 5–7 working days

International Shipping

We accept orders for delivery outside Kuwait. Additional shipping charges and longer delivery timelines may apply depending on the destination.

Holiday & Peak Season Shipping

During peak periods such as Eid Al-Fitr, Eid Al-Adha, Hijri New Year, National Day, and other holidays, processing and delivery times may be extended. We recommend placing your orders in advance during these periods.
