Exchange, Return & Refund Policy
In accordance with Kuwait Consumer Protection Law No. 39 of 2014, returns, refunds, and exchanges are only accepted for items that are received damaged, defective, or incorrect. For hygiene and safety reasons, cosmetic products are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange under any other circumstances.
Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase, as product or shade changes cannot be made after the order is confirmed.
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, our customer care team must be contacted within 24 hours of delivery, along with clear photos of the product and packaging.
Approved requests must be submitted within 14 days from the delivery date.
